MOSCOW AP Leongina Shevchenko wife of the Soviet diplomat at the United Nations who refused to return home from the United States has committed death by own action. She died of an overdose of sleeping pills Monday and her body was found Tuesday after friends grew concerned.
In Milan four terrorists opened fire on Franco Giacomazzi an executive of the Monteunion chemical industry in the legs in a continuing strike against the Italian establishment. Police said three men and a woman carried out the attack as the nation reacted with revulsion to the Aldo Moro murder.
The Criminal Appeals court today affirmed the four year prison term for O. P. Carrillo. Carrillo had been removed from his post as Duval County district judge by the Senate in 1976.
