Midland Texas AP report says two of four men who escaped from Ward County jail in Monahans last Sunday were captured in Midland. The fugitives Raymond Leslie Hayes 2 and Donnie Howard Elder 22 were seized in a south Midland house after deputies Rangers and local police surrounded the area. The woman prisoner remained at large with the other two escapees.
