Rescue Attempt Is Fatal in Fire at Delaware Home
In Hockessin a 30 year old mother Leona Graves died when she re entered her burning home to rescue her children. Her husband Delbert 29 helped three children to safety through a rear window. Firemen attributed the blaze to an improperly installed flue pipe from a wood burning stove.
