A Chicago woman found a needle hidden in a haystack on Michigan Boulevard yesterday, boosting a Red Cross fund drive by 2000 dollars. Mrs. Charles Calderini discovered the needle 20 minutes after starting the search, after six volunteers had failed. The haystack was part of a publicity stunt financed by Wilbur X. Derus, Keystone Press president, offering 2000 dollars if located within seven hours.
