Seven women aged 45 to 72 were found living in the Pennsylvania Station ladies lounge. Magistrate Jack L. Nicoll heard their cases after they were rounded up with paper bags of belongings. One woman, Dora Peck, 72, had 224 dollars. charges of loitering were suspended for her and four others, and Nicoll referred Peck to the City Welfare Department.

Mrs. M. D. L. Myers Dies in Texas Hospital
Mrs. M. D. L. Myers aged 85 of Snyder died at 12:30 p.m. in a McCamey hospital while visiting a son. A Arkansas native, she lived in Snyder for 50 years and married in 1900 to the late Mr. Myers.
