Pair Faces Assault Counts In Beating
Two men Marcos De Los Santos and Joe B DeHoyos were charged with assault with intent to rob in the beating of George Morton 63 at the Bud Miller Texaco station Morton was hospitalized listed in critical condition with surgery planned. Santos and DeHoyos were arraigned with bonds set at 5000 and 2000 respectively and must await bond.
