Three Die After West Texas Car Crash Near El Paso
Three people were killed and three injured in a two-automobile crash near Sierra Blanca Texas about 75 miles southeast of El Paso. One car bore a Florida plate and the other a Houston plate. The dead were not yet identified. The injured were sent to a Favens hospital. Intercity bus traffic into the wreckage caused no injuries. Bodies were taken to Draper Funeral Home in Van Horn.

Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Willis Yoakum 86 of 2301 Avenue will be at 4 pm Thursday at Northside Baptist Church Snyder. Burial in Snyder Cemetery. She died Tuesday at a daughter’s home. Survived by three daughters one son two brothers 19 grandchildren 27 great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be grandsons.
