Arraignment for Williams Set Friday
Colorado City Aubrey Gene Williams, indicted in the murder of his ex wife on July 12, is set to appear before District Judge Weldon Kirk at 10 a.m. Friday for arraignment. A Mitchell County grand jury returned the indictment charging Williams with the stabbing death of Girlie Dee Williams, whose body was found near the Buford Gun. The suspect has been free on $15,000 bond since a complaint was filed charging him with the slaying.
