Service For Earnest Treat Held Today
Funeral for Earnest Treat, 63, of Snyder was set for 2 p.m. at Bell Seale Chapel with Louise Sutton of the Apostolic Faith Church officiating and Vester Clanton assisting. Burial followed at Snyder Cemetery under Bell Seale Funeral Home. Born December 25, 1904 in Little Rock, he married Faye Mitchell in Snyder July 3, 1930. He had been a Scurry County resident since 1927 and was a retired farmer. Surviving are his wife, two sons Henry of Snyder and Raymond of Lubbock, two sisters Floy Nichols and Iown Richardson of Phoenix, Ariz., three brothers Clifton of Phoenix, Glen of Riverside, Calif., and Ochis of Grandview, Wash., and 11 grandchildren.
