Rockefeller 3d dies in three car crash near Pocantico Hills
John Davison Rockefeller 3d, 72, known for philanthropy in Asia population control and the performing arts, died in a three car collision near the Rockefellers Pocantico Hills compound in Westchester County. Police said he died instantly Monday at the scene about 30 miles north of Manhattan.

An eight man grand jury indicted Raul Garcia on two counts of sexual abuse of a child, and James May and Patsy May on kidnapping charges involving their own three preschool children. A separate couple faced no bills on aggravated sexual abuse allegations from a 32 year old woman, with the incident reportedly occurring June 17 and photographs said to have been taken. The Garcia incident allegedly involved fondling of two girls ages 5 and 6 at a Southeast Snyder residence on June 30.
