Velma Donelson 80 died Sunday at Cogdell Memorial Hospital. Funeral service 2 p.m. Tuesday at Colonial Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Miller Robinson officiating. Burial in Hillside Memorial Gardens. Survived by son Elton Donelson Snyder and granddaughter Mrs Charlie Pace plus five other grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was a Limestone County native and longtime Scurry County resident. She married W E Donelson in 1910. he died in 1956.
