The diploma of Dorothy Elouise Edwards now Mrs. D. C. Walker, a Dowell School graduate, was found by Jake Amato. The edifice stood five to six miles east of Rotan before consolidating with Rotan after World War II. A note from Chester Simons reports his Feb 15 move to Muskogee as assistant city manager after earning a law degree.
