U.N. Contemplates Kolwezi Occupation Amid Tshombe Stand

Two Car Collision Kills Six Across US Route One

A two car crash on US 1 near the Pennsylvania Turnpike killed six people in a Sunday night crash. Postal Rates Hiked Today

Washington AP reports higher postal rates took effect to curb the Post Office Department deficit. First class letters rise from 4 to 5 cents per ounce, postcards 3 to 4 cents, air mail 7 to 8 cents per ounce, with second through fourth class increases spread over years. The changes aim to boost revenue by about 600 million dollars and mark the highest first class rate since 1863.
