Driver Injured In U S 84 Truck Crash Near Snyder
James C. Chancellor 22 of Corpus Christi sustained serious injuries after his 1962 tractor semi wrecked with a 1961 Chevrolet semi on U S 84 fourteen miles north of Snyder at 7 05 p m Wednesday. He was freed after two hours, transported to Cog dell Memorial Hospital with a fractured pelvis jaw lacerations and possible concussion. Fields 55 of DeLeon escaped injury. Both rigs carried grain feeding costly damage to Chancellor’s tractor and minor to Fields’ truck.
