A 20 year old man, Juan Jesus Garcia, was charged with automobile theft after a car stolen from a cafe in east Snyder Friday night was recovered in Ballinger. Police Chief T L Steele said the 1950 Pontac owned by Melvin Crowell of Jacksboro was taken about 9 pm and found yesterday. Garcia was arrested in Ballinger and brought back for justice court action.
