Federal Magistrate Owen Forrester set a $250000 bond for Nikolai Wischnewsky 32 charged with air piracy in the Christmas Day hijacking of an Eastern Airlines DC-9 about 50 miles from Atlanta. A Jan 3 preliminary hearing was scheduled.
