Two Hurt In Truck Mishap Near Snyder
Charlie Huffman and Lawrence Denzell, both of Post, were injured Friday at 11 in a truck brake failure on a hill seven miles north of Snyder. The cot ton seed cake laden truck from Stamford to the Connell Ranch at Polar for Birdwell Cattle Co. veered off the road, tipping onto its side and partially spilling cargo. They were taken to Ogdell Memorial Nurses by Bell ambulance and remained under emergency care at noon.
