Fifteen miles north of Snyder 1.25 inches fell on Polar road while Humble camp 21 miles north of Snyder reported only a shower. Snyder recorded 99 degrees, 72 overnight, with 76 at 7:30 a.m.

Three Teens Die In Odessa Auto Crash
In Odessa Texas late last night a violent collision on a residential street crossing killed three teenagers and seriously injured four others. The deceased were Bobby Sherrod 16 James Monk 17 and Gleason Kirklin 17. Charles Hart 17 was injured along with Don Lawson 18 Carol Jones 15 and Thomas Jones 19. The crash left Sherrod’s car on its roof and the other vehicle against a rock fence.
