A calm gunman robbed the Broadmoor Branch of Les County Bank in Hobbs New Mexico taking 45000 dollars. He fired no shots and fled a back door while a large search including private planes and roadblocks pursued him. The suspect, 25 to 35, about 5 10 and 200 pounds, wore khaki.

Snyder Man Falls at Home Injures Knee and Scratches

Gov. Daniel ap pointed Charles A. Guy editor of the Lubbock Avalanche Journal and Dr. Walter Goddard of Austin to the Texas Commission on Alcoholism.
