A Snyder man, R. L. Ray of 3110 Avenue V, began a 14 day Pasteur rabies shot series after exposure to Susie the neighbor’s dog found dead in the garage. Veterinarian Dr. R. J. Kidd said the dog had likely rabies but was too decomposed for tests following fits and frothing at the mouth. Ray said he had minor hand wounds from handling the animal and a dog hunt was announced yesterday.
