Snyder Boy Fatally Hurt In Truck Scooter Mishap
An eight year old Snyder boy Terry Albert Murphree died after a truck scooter collision at Huffman and Ave R around 8 45 a m. His 11 year old brother Howard Lee Murphree was injured with a fractured pelvis and taken to a Lubbock hospital. The truck was driven by Phillip Bryan Johnson 20 and owned by Devers Transport Co. Both boys were on a Cushman scooter. Funeral plans for Terry Murphree were to be announced.
