Mrs. Tully Named To WTC Faculty

Kathleen Tully joins Western Texas College as biology instructor and biology lab supervisor. She earned a B A from the University of Texas in 1963 and an M S in earth sciences from East Texas State University in 1971, with prior Houston ISD experience and study at the University of Houston. Her husband Dr James Tully leads the college learning Resource Center. they have one daughter.

Jim Kincaid Dies Rites Set Saturday

Jim L. Kincaid 57, petroleum engineer and former Snyder City Council member, died at his home of a heart attack. Survived by daughter Emily of Lubbock, son Tom of Austin, sister in Midland. Welch Rites Set Saturday

Frank C. Welch 71 of Snyder died Thursday in Hendrick Memorial Hospital Abilene. Funeral 4 p.m. Saturday at Bell Seale Chapel with burial in Snyder Cemetery under Bell Seale Funeral Home direction. Survivors include wife a son four sisters three brothers and two grandchildren.
