Jim L. Kincaid 57, petroleum engineer and former Snyder City Council member, died at his home of a heart attack. Survived by daughter Emily of Lubbock, son Tom of Austin, sister in Midland. Funeral set 2 p.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Wallace Kirby presiding. Burial in Snyder Cemetery under Bell Seale Funeral Home.
The Dallas Cowboys vs Los Angeles Rams game will air on Snyder SCAT Channel 8 this Saturday at 9 30 p m. Mel Gilbert of SCAT confirms the Dallas station feed and local cable will carry the game.

Frank C. Welch 71 of Snyder died Thursday in Hendrick Memorial Hospital Abilene. Funeral 4 p.m. Saturday at Bell Seale Chapel with burial in Snyder Cemetery under Bell Seale Funeral Home direction. Survivors include wife a son four sisters three brothers and two grandchildren.
