In Rome a photographer obtained a picture of the kidnapped former premier Aldo Moro holding a Wednesday newspaper after a tip to Il Messaggero. A new message from Moro's Red Brigade captors says he is alive but will be executed if jailed communists are not freed by Saturday.
Former adviser Henry Kissinger testified he was told in 1972 that South Korea allegedly bribed a congressman. He said he received no other early warnings of alleged Korean influence buying.

Scurry County Commissioners sold 4 million dollars in hospital bonds to First National Bank of Dallas and associates at an effective rate of 4.39812 percent.
