Tax rolls adjust valuations for Treton and nearby parcels in 1897 1898
The county auditor lowered valuations for multiple Treton parcels owned by W S Scott John Edwards and Byron Peebles for 1897 tax due to building damage from fire. Petitions by L Van Diat and AL J Carlson were referred to the county attorney. Bridge lumber sales and other routine actions were approved and minutes read as session adjourned to Jan 12 1898 in Orange City Iowa.
