The Second Judicial District Court of Nevada Humboldt County issues a summons to Leotie K M Hill in a divorce action filed by Cora E fil. The plaintiff seeks a decree dissolving the marriage for failure to provide, alimony, and custody of three minor children. Defendants must answer within ten to forty days, or judgment by default will be entered. The summons is dated September 30, 1496, by attorney D S Truman.
