The document summons J B Folta to appear in the Justice's Court of Lake Township Humboldt Lovelock Nevada. Plaintiff Commercial Company alleges goods sold and delivered in 1893 1894 amounting to 7280 with an assigned account of 269 69. The defendant must answer by the stated date or a judgment will be entered with costs and interest.
Sheriff Hadley announces sale of two hay stacks totaling 100 tons and one alfalfa stack of 4 tons at Waterman and Pompernagle ranches in Humboldt County Nevada. Auction set for September 10 1895 at 12 o clock noon, to satisfy an execution against Thomas Nelson A T Nelson and A M Filsworth with costs and accruing costs. Buyers may bid cash for the right title and interest of the defendants in the described property.
Notice is given to all creditors of Ch. H. McIntosh insolvent to appear Sept 11, 1895 at 10 A M before the Humboldt County Court at Winnemucca to show cause why the petition should not be granted and to appoint an assignee for the estate. A meeting of creditors is set to appoint an assignee. Witness the court clerk and seal this July 17, 1895.
