Nevada Battalion Mustered Out at Carson City Capitol
The Nevada battalion was mustered out Saturday on the state capitol grounds in Carson. Paymaster Lord distributed 27000 dollars among the boys and the Nevada organization was dismissed. Privates received pay from 42 to 90 dollars each. A recruiting office opened to enlist men for the regular army and over forty re enlisted for the regular service.
