At a September 7 1497 board meeting a three cent per share assessment was levied payable in gold to the secretary at 40 Market Street San Francisco. Unpaid by October 16 1897 becomes delinquent and will be sold at public auction November 8 1897 to cover the delinquent assessment and sale costs.
In Humboldts County Nevada the Second Judicial District Court received a foreclosure complaint on June 1.
