Heavy rains fell over Winnemucca Nevada with 0.86 inch since Saturday doubling October’s average. Forecasters predicted unsettled weather and showers, while Eureka Sentinel laments irregular District Court sessions and uneven judicial pay across Lander Nye and Eureka counties.
