An advertisement extols Syrup of Figs as a pure, pleasant tasting laxative that cleanses the system and relieves colds fevers and constipation. It claims health benefits without weakening kidneys liver or bowels and notes the product is sold by druggists in 50c and $1 bottles, manufactured only by the California Fig Syrup Co.
