The Second Judicial District Court of Humboldt Nevada receives a complaint from The Otahelte Gold and Silver Mining and Milling Company against W E Dean. The suit asks for a decree to stop Dean, agents or employees from polluting Lewin Creek with mill tailings and debris, which allegedly contaminates waters flowing to plaintiff’s mill and machinery. Dean is required to appear within ten days after service.
