Advertiser claims large weekly pay of 18 dollars with equal opportunity and invites stamped replies. Letter signed Mins M Stebbins, Lawrence Michigan. Also notes a dental visit by Dr. W S Porter in Winnemucca around November 1 18 percent and mentions Terra Cotta Pipe from E Rein hart Co.
Travelers insurance tickets sold through to eastern points cheerfully. H. Kitto, agent, handles ticketing and baggage arrangements.
The advertisement promotes Chamberlain's Eye and Skin Ointment for eczema tetter salt rheum and other skin diseases with claims of instant relief and cure. County Treasurer P Laverga announces the Humboldt County Nevada assessment roll has been received. State and county taxes are payable at the treasurer’s office in the Winnemucca courthouse. Taxes paid after December 7 incur a ten percent delinquency penalty as provided by law. November 2, 1896.
