The Winnemucca Water and Light Company invites bids by June 21 1901 for fifty first mortgage bonds of 500 dollars each at 5 percent interest maturing June 21 1916. Bids to be submitted in San Francisco or Winnemucca Nevada with 10 percent deposit. Bonds secure a first lien on electric lighting system and company assets.
Notice of hearing final account and petition for distribution in the estate of Isabella Sloan deceased. James F. Sloan administrator has filed the final account for settlement. Hearing set for Monday June 17 1901 at 10 o clock A M. at Humboldt County Nevada court. Citizens may appear and show cause why the account should be approved and the petition granted. May 25 1901. Notice to taxpayers of Humboldt county Nevada that the second installment of state county and city taxes for 1900 is due at the County Treasurer's office in Winnemucca. Delinquent after Monday June 3 1901 with ten percent penalty and collection enforced by law. H. B. Gilbert County Treasurer and ex officio Tax Receiver.
The Fifth Judicial District Court of Nevada Humboldt County appoints J. A. Cochran as administrator of the Moses He. Bushee deceased estate. Creditors must file claims with vouchers with the court clerk within three months of first publication, dated Winnemucca May 25, 1901.
