Trustees will sell at public auction in Winnemucca Nevada for cash the property described as north part quarter and east half of southeast quarter section 22 township 26 range 31 east M D 7 and ML with water rights and ditches. The sale is to satisfy default on a deed of trust dated April 1802 and recorded in Humboldt County records. Sale set for Monday June 10 1840 between 10 am and 12 pm. Beckenup and L Huntoon trustees.
