The piece also mentions legal blanks sold at the office and Advertising by E Reinhart Co as kings of merchants offering reduced prices on first class goods.
Trustees will sell at public auction for cash in United States gold coin at the Humboldt County Courthouse Winnemucca Nevada on Monday June 1496 between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. The property includes the northeast quarter and east half of the southeast quarter of section 22 township 26 north range 31 east M.D.B.M. with water rights and ditches. The deed of trust names John Reed as mortgagor and Wm Beekman and J L Huntoon as trustees. A L Harr is the attorney Sacramento Cal. May 14 1806.
