Nevada Miners Outlook Bright as Copper Finds Multiply
Nevada miners forecast robust year with new copper prospects in Humboldt County. W. H. Bray reports a large ledge near Lindley and Granite Creek canyon yielding gold values up to 12 per ton and notable copper, silver, and gold content. Emerald and Klondyke claims show high grade ore. Lindley plans to expand operations to 400 workers as railroad access nears and new smelters expand. Additional notes cover other Nevada districts, plant proposals, and mining news from Eureka, Gold Hill, and Golconda.
