The Bank will receive deposits, buy and sell foreign and domestic exchange, make loans and conduct general banking. On time deposits 3 cents per cent interest paid. Acts as agent for principal fire insurance companies on the coast. Facilities for accounts of stockmen, sheepmen, merchants, mining firms and individuals, with ample funds and correspondents east, west and state. All business entrusted will receive careful attention.

Katherine Germain is named executrix of the last will and testament of Joseph Germain, deceased, by the District Court of Humboldt County Nevada. Creditors must file claims with vouchers within six months after first publication, or be forever barred. Dated March 22, 1805.
