The District Court of the Second Judicial District of Nevada Humboldt County appoints Katherine Germain executrix of the last will and estate of Joseph Germain, deceased. All claims must be filed within sixty days of this first publication with vouchers to the Clerk of the Court or be barred. Dated March 23, 1898.
