In Humboldt County Nevada the Second Judicial District Court under Richard S. Fielding hears an action to foreclose a mechanic's lien on the mill and wire tramway at Cottonwood Creek Buena Mining District. Persons holding liens must appear by April 1897 to prove their claims under the 1875 act and amendments.
