The First National Bank of Nevada plaintiff vs defendant in Washoe County district court case. A writ of execution issued June 21 1895 levies on horses, tools, cattle, wagons, and other property in Humboldt County with sale set for July 2 1895 at noon to satisfy a judgment of nineteen hundred seventy dollars plus costs and interest. The sale takes place at ranch of Thomas Nelson, Humboldt County Nevada.
Notice is given by Julia Wik executrix of the estate of Alex Wise deceased to creditors and all persons with claims against the estate. Claims must be exhibited with vouchers within four months after first publication at the executrix residence in Winnemucca Humboldt County Nevada. Dated Winnemucca Nev June 22 1895.
