The Cowboy's Proop Trial at Alliance Neb
The cowboy Jack Vance from Butte Creek Ranch stands trial in Alliance Nebraska for shooting at a Burlington brakeman with intent to kill. He claimed the shot was a pre arranged sign to signal his partner after being dismounted, a tale echoed by a friend but dismissed by the court. Vance demonstrated a precision shooting show to prove innocence, ending with the brakeman conceding the claim was mistaken. Charles H. Marks at Santiago de Cuba used Chamberlain's Cholera and Diarrhea Remedy for diarrhea with good results. Peterson Brothers Drugstore distributes the product.
