Notice is given that Randall Sage filed for final proof on his homestead claim No. 470. The hearing takes place before the County Clerk of Humboldt County at Winnemucca Nevada on Wednesday, June 18 1907. Witnesses: Bird Parker, Robert Wilkinson, Clarence Sage, and Guss McAninen, all of McDermitt Nevada. O. H. Gallup, Register.
The District Court of the Second Judicial District Humboldt County Nevada orders all interested parties to appear in Winne mucca on Monday the 17th to show cause why the residue of the estate of Samuel Strieff deceased should not be distributed among heirs and those entitled by law. Dated April 28th 1897. GEO. E. MILLER County Clerk and Ex-Officio Clerk of the Court.
