The advertisement touts Syrup of Figs as a superior laxative praised for cleansing the system and relieving colds headaches and fevers. It claims wide medical approval for acting on kidneys liver and bowels without weakening them and notes it is sold in 30¢ and 1 bottles by druggists, manufactured only by the California Fig Syrup Co.
