An old ad touts Sherman Headache Cure as instantly effective and harmless for headaches and neuralgia. It encourages keeping a box at home with 25¢ and 10¢ options and notes Brown Bros. sells it. The message also promotes DeWitt’s Little Early Risers for bowel regularity without griping.
An obituary style ad promotes Lane's tea as a cure for pimples and a cloudy complexion. It claims one dose purifies the blood, cures foul breath, and drives pimples and blackheads from the face. Packages cost 60c and 25c, sold by Brown Bros.
Notice of sale issued after a June 19 1901 judgment in the Fifth Judicial District Humboldt County Nevada. Sheriff McDeid states the Bonanza King Mining and Milling Company owes A J Danforth $1350 plus costs and interest. Sale July 6 1901 at noon at the Bonanza King mine to raise funds to satisfy the judgment.
In the Fifth Judicial District Court Humboldt County Nevada the estate of C A L Bolle deceased. F M Buckingham executor has filed final account and petition for distribution with July 28 1901 10:00 A M at Winnemucca court for settlement and hearing. Winnemucca Water and Light Company invites sealed bids for a four mile trench two feet wide and two and a half feet deep from the lower to the upper reservoir. A second contract covers four miles of pipe hauls from the Southern Pacific depot. Bids due ten days from July 8, 1901. contracts may be separate or combined. payment on completion. Notice from Humboldt County Nevada that 3067.22 dollars is on hand in the county treasury to redeem courthouse bonds issued in 1895. Bond Nos 16 and 17 will be paid upon presentation to the county treasurer and interest will cease 30 days from the notice date July 1 1901. Clerk J T Dunn signs with county seal.
