Court summons issued in Humboldt County Nevada District Court. Plaintiffs George and Elizabeth Singer sue Matilda J. Campbell and J. J. Campbell for $1616.00 plus interest from June 1, 1895 on a promissory note and mortgage, plus costs and 10 percent attorney fees, with a foreclosure decree sought. Defendants must answer within ten to forty days or face default.
