Pullman Co Taxes Nebr Washoe Assessor Secures Statement
In April the State Board of Assessors discussed taxing the Pullman Car Company under U.S. Supreme Court guidance. Deputy Assessor Beard sought a statement from Chicago showing 53 standard sleepers valued at 265,000 and 41 tourist cars with 910,364 miles.
