West Chicago wreck claims three dead and many injured
A Chicago & Northwestern rear end collision near West Chicago at 1:45 this morning killed three and injured about twenty. Trains No. 3 and 5 of the Christian Endeavor Special collided. Section 4 held Wisconsin delegates and others from Fond du Lac, Green Bay, Appleton. Rescue of Mrs Shipman’s daughters drew attention as mother perished.
