In Humboldt County Nevada the Second Judicial District orders heirs to appear January 14 1897 at 10 a m to show cause why an order should not be granted authorizing the administrator to sell necessary real estate to pay debts and administration costs. The order is to be published weekly for four weeks in the Silver State at Winnemucca.
