The partnership commenced January 1 1897 and was sworn before Notary Sam J Bonnifield Jr on January 4 1897.
Notice from the United States Land Office at Carson City Nevada dated September 23 1896 warns that Central Pacific Railroad Company has filed lands in townships 26 27 28 29 30 36 and 40 ranges 32 34 38 40 with a patent request.
