The advert extols Cod Liver Oil plus hypophosphites of lime and soda as a superior tonic and growth aid for weak puny children. It claims the combination provides blood building, nerve strength, and muscle development, promoting growth, plumpness, and comfort. Scott’s Emulsion is advertised at 400 and 1.00 by Scott & Bowne.
Fragmented list of cabinet and high offices including William McKinley as president and Garret Hobart as vice president with various secretaries named such as Secretary of State Johns Sherman, Treasury, War, Navy, Interior, Attorney General Joseph McKenna, and Secretary of Agriculture James Wilson.

The list includes properties and improvements across multiple sections towns and claims with totals ranging from a few dollars to several hundred dollars and redemptions allowed for six months at three percent per month.
